    • The product name or URL on our site
    • A link to the competitor's listing showing the lower price
    • Your name and email address
  3. Our team will verify the price and respond within 24 hours
  4. Once verified, we'll provide you with a discount code or adjusted price

Eligibility Requirements

For a price match to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be identical — same brand, model, size, and colour
  • The competitor must be an authorised retailer (no marketplace sellers, auction sites, or unauthorised dealers)
  • The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase on the competitor's site
  • The competitor's price must include all applicable fees (shipping, handling, etc.)
  • The price must be listed in USD

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for price matching:

  • Clearance, closeout, or liquidation prices
  • Prices from auction sites (eBay, etc.) or marketplace sellers (Amazon third-party)
  • Coupon or promotional code prices
  • Prices from unauthorised retailers or grey market sellers
  • Bundle or package deals
  • Pricing errors on competitor sites
