How to Request a Price Match

• Contact our support team before placing your order at [email protected].
• Provide a live link to the competitor’s Australian website showing the lower price in AUD.
• The item must be identical (same brand, model, color, and specifications).
• The item must be in stock at the competitor and available for immediate dispatch within Australia.
• Total price comparison includes any standard shipping and GST charges.

Note: We do not price match grey-market sellers, liquidation sales, auction sites (e.g., eBay), or marketplace listings without Australian warranty.
